The human experience is dynamic. We are wired for connection and belonging. When relationships are conflicted, it disrupts the very nature of how we are created. Sometimes the disconnect is situational, or perhaps brought on by a life transition. Other times it involves a breach of boundaries or a break in trust.
Broken relationships are often filled with sadness, isolation, and even anger. Therapy can help break unhealthy patterns of communication and establish healthier ways of expressing thoughts and feelings.
