About Me
Welcome!
My name is Eden and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW 88654) with a Doctorate in Clinical Social Work, practicing in Orange County, CA. I provide counseling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families. I work with a variety of ages from young adults to older adults. Often, I walk alongside those struggling with depression, anxiety and stress. These challenges sometimes come from low self esteem, identity crises, conflicted relationships, and parenting. Other times, life transitions, chronic health problems and personal loss may cause distress.
MY Approach
I value authenticity and respect in all of my relationships. A safe space to express your thoughts and feelings without shame or judgement is important. We will work collaboratively, using your strengths to uncover self-defeating patterns that are limiting your goals.
